Families are Being Transformed!

God is doing something amazing and beautiful in Zambia. As we move toward the restoration of families at Abba’s Heart Zambia, the next step was to meet with the families of all of our children in residence. That meeting happened earlier this year and it exceeded every prayer and expectation.

Each family was excited to hear about our desire and plan to work with and support them as they bring their children home. Each committed to receive and care for their child and were thankful to hear that AHZ will work with them before their child comes home and continue to walk with them after.

During break times the families all hung around together, with their children, and visited. There were hugs and tears as God moved in a powerful way.

It was simply beautiful. God is moving to restore what is broken. Only He can bring beauty from ashes, joy from mourning, and praise from despair.
